One full month’s rent security deposit is to be held with the property manager before moving in and it is to be transferred to SNB. Condition report/inspection on move-in and move-out. All paperwork will be Service New Brunswick forms.(lease, condition report etc.) application to be filled out Rules and regulations to be signed.
