Terms:  Property is currently leased.

Rent paid on the first day of each month.

Heat is not included.

Lights are not included

Year to year SNB Lease required.

One full months rent security deposit to be held with property manager before moving in and it is to be transferred to SNB.

Condition report/inspection on move in and move out.

All paperwork will be Service New Brunswick forms.(lease, condition report etc.) application to be filled out Rules and regulations to be signed.

Proof of tenant insurance to be given to the property manager.
