A 2nd living space with TV or board games if you plan to unplug in your new getaway home. The main floor has a 2nd bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large pantry with laundry; washer and dryer and mechanical room with storage space.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and an office space. The upstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower and spa soaker tub.  The master bedroom comes with beautiful views, automated blinds (Hunter Douglas) and a king size bed. The second bedroom offers a double bed. The third bedroom is designed with 3 custom bunk beds. (Note these may not be suitable for small children or large adults.)

The waterfront property features a private beach, double car garage and plenty of privacy.

Please Note; This property is located in Bear Island. Bear Island is a remote rural community 30 mins outside of Fredericton.

There are no railings on the deck. May not be suitable for small children.
